How it works
ArtRise uses art as a mirror, allowing leaders to access insight that conversation alone often can’t reach. It creates a shared human experience that builds capacity for emotional leadership, designed to unlock trust, self-awareness, and empathy.
Leaders are guided through 3 phases:
Reflect
Thoughtful prompts invite meaningful self-reflection and clarity.
Create
Insights are brought to life with color, pattern, and metaphor.
Connect
Facilitated dialogue helps leaders integrate insights into real leadership dynamics, expanding emotional intelligence and relational awareness.
3-hour immersive session
Option to expand into a 3-session series (3 hours each)

About the facilitating artist
ArtRise experiences are led by Alicia Jackson, artist and founder of ArtRise.
Alicia combines her profession in fine art with years of study and practice in leadership, emotional intelligence, and human connection. Her facilitation style is warm, grounded, and deeply present, creating a space where leaders feel safe to reflect honestly and show up fully.
